Acknowledge the Good You DoThe first step in the self-care program is simply to pat ourselves on the back for everything we do that is good for ourselves. Make a list of all the good things you do. You’ll be surprised to see how much is really there. Then list all the things you would like to change, add, or subtract from your habits, obsessions, and addictions, then prioritize them for how easy they would be to accomplish.
