Self-Care tip of the week
Adjust Your Table Height

Your table should be set at a height that allows you to use your body weight rather than excessive muscular effort. In general, if you stand to work, a good place to start is with your table at mid-thigh. This height takes into consideration your height and the depth of the client’s body, and gives you an idea of whether or not you will be able to use your body weight. If you find that you need to adjust your table once you begin treatment, and you do not have a hydraulic table, do not hesitate to stop and adjust it.
