Self-Care tip of the week

Change Your Self-Care Routine

Constantly explore new avenues to keep it fun and interesting. If you love yoga, try hot yoga—a growing trend that detoxifies the body. Other popular self-care activities include strength training, sports, gardening, running, aerobics, meditating, attending seminars, listening to music or audio books, taking vacations, swimming, sailing, spiritual retreats, spas, reading and Pilates to name a few. You’ll know your routine is working for you when it doesn’t feel like work. It should be fun and refresh your mind, body, and spirit. You will refine your ideal self-care routine over time.
