Self-Care tip of the week
Vary Your Technique

If you always start a massage with your clients facedown, change and start with them faceup. Change the height of your massage table so that you are forced to use different muscles to do the same work. Sit on a chair while working at the head and foot of the table; or, if you already sit in a chair, try working without one.
