OAKWORKS Launches Breast-Cancer
Awareness Campaign
Breast Cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women between the ages of 15-54 and the second cause of cancer death in women 55-74, according to the American Cancer Society. To help raise awareness of the disease and support the search for a cure, OAKWORKS, a manufacturer of spa, massage and medical equipment, has announced its Comfort that Cares campaign in partnership with The National Breast Cancer Foundation (www.nationalbreastcancer.org).
As an official corporate sponsor, OAKWORKS (www.oakworks.com) will promote the sale of specially marked bolsters to help raise awareness for breast- cancer research.
“We believe this program presents a unique opportunity to support a cause that is truly meaningful to so many,” said OAKWORKS CEO Jeffrey M. Riach.
"The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is thrilled to be working with OAKWORKS," said Brent Hail, director of operations for NBCF. "The fact that they have access to the wellness community is especially important in our quest to raise awareness for breast cancer." |
