"She honored us by attending the very first festival in 2006 and giving the keynote speech. In celebration of her life, we give this scholarship." said Founder Mike Hinkle.

All I can say is that Bonnie would have approved. She would be happy that the award is open to anyone and everyone. Her passion for helping others knew no boundries. The lessons she taught us went well beyond what we do in the treatment room. Wherever Bonnie was, music flowed, muscle moved and laughter abounded. Her teachings are integrated through all aspects of her students lives...from how we treat people with respect, kindness and compassion, to the importance of being and looking professional, keeping things in perspective and trying to find the humor even in a rotten situation. "Be there for each other" she would say. Remember her wisdom, her kindness, her magic.
