The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) has announced it will match up to $100,000 in donations made to massage therapists affected by Hurricane Sandy.

According to a statement from the association, the AMTA's special Hurricane Sandy account will support massage therapists in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and the funds will be available to both members and non-members in the form of support including free

AMTA members and non-members may contribute to this account. (Note that contributions to AMTA or to the Hurricane Sandy account are not tax-deductible, as AMTA is not a charitable organization.)
