Observe constantly that things take place because of the inevitable presence of change. The nature of the universe loves change.
Think of the liberating, enlightening and empowering things that have changed in your lifetime. Make a list, embrace your changes and reframe those aspects of change you haven’t yet learned to embrace.
Resistance to change is a futile exercise. By recognizing that change is inevitable, you can be certain things will continue to change and progress throughout time. The nature of change is one thing you can always depend on.
If you
want the world, and your life, to be enriched by change, you can recall the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “We must become the change we want to see.” If you become the change you want to see, as Gandhi suggests, your life and perceptions will be forever altered for the highest good of all concerned.
As Deepak Chopra says, “Everything in this world is impermanent, and that’s why it’s so precious.”
