I receive chiropractic treatment for my neck, mid-back and hands at least three times per month. And I have found a massage therapist to trade with two times per a month. I will be 58 by the time this is

published, have been a professional massage therapist for 15 years—and can still work circles around some folks. That's why I receive the bodywork I do. My chiropractor cured my carpel tunnel syndrome 14 years ago.
