I receive bodywork at least once every two weeks, I like to go to different spas around town and have them start off with a Swedish Style (30 min)then deeper tissue for (30 min)then focus on the area my body is talking to me the most. I never tell them I am a Massage therapist. Why, just my way of checking out the industry of therapist in my area. I find that by not telling them I too am an LMT I recieve a truer sense of their techniques, when I find a LMT that my body likes I will then become a repeat customer and then share my little secret...
