PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Massage Therapists are responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant fashion:

• Meet and ensure the high standards of service is maintained making the customer comfortable at all times.
• Arrive to work on time ready to work.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the spa adhering to all state law sanitary requirements.

·         Ability to up-sell services customers with learning about our services and products.

·         Must be reliable and have a good work ethic.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Must possess a current Massage Therapy license that meets all state requirements.

·         Experienced massage therapist and apprenticeships are welcomed.

·         Working knowledge of various types of massages full body massages, Swedish massage, sports massage, reflexology foot massage, and chair massage.

·         Proven track record for extraordinary customer service.

·         Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

• Ability to communicate professionally with associates and customers at all times.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately

REQUIRMENTS:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school
• Must have a current and valid license
• Comfortable performing treatments for extended periods of time
• When necessary ability to lift, push or pull up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
