The green principals of "reduce, reuse or recycle" make it easy to find ways to be environmentally friendly. A year ago I decided to move away from harsh chemicals. If I need to burn candles

for anything, I use only soy candles. When my sheets are getting worn, I recycle them into covers for my heated corn sacks I put under clients' necks.
