Amy Bradley Radford is a board-certified massage therapist (BCTMB) and a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork Approved Continuing Education Provider specializing in teaching creative business solutions and advanced pain-management applications for massage therapists. She is the developer and owner of Pain Patterns & Solutions Seminars Corporation as well as Massage Business Methods, an umbrella company within PPS Seminars. Radford works as a business coach for massage therapists, as well as other service-related employers, in private or group session training. She also offers online and live CE classes on several topics for successful business practices, ethics and pain management. Radford has been massage therapist since 1993 and continues to see clients at the table utilizing the PPS bodywork she has developed. She has been a contributing writer for MASSAGE Magazine since 2015 and currently has a column called Next Steps: Advanced Business Strategies. Radford has served with the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards as a CE course evaluator and has worked in several different massage schools, one of which she owned, inside a small, local hospital in 2004. Radford assisted in bringing massage into mainstream health care in a rural area and it is still in operation today.
