Michael Koplen, DC, LMT, maintains a part-time practice in an integrated health care facility, directs Masters In Massage Institute, is a faculty adviser for the American Institute of Medical Massage, and teacher-adviser for Healthcare Medicine Institute. He is an Emory University graduate and attended CU Boulder post-graduate classes. After completing the Boulder School of Massage Therapy’s 18-month program, he opened and operated the innovative Denver Massage Center, where 10 therapists provided a new era of therapeutic professional massage. Koplen is an honors graduate from Palmer Chiropractic-West, where he taught orthopedics and physical diagnostics for their clinic entrance program. In addition, he studied with and taught for the prestigious Landis-Ward Practice Management group which awarded him National Practitioner of the Year. He became a California Qualified Medical Evaluator and certified in Personal Injury Evaluation.
