Through this agreement, Cleveland Clinic will integrate A.D.A.M.’s interactive library of health articles, guides, health risk assessment tools, and imagery into its existing online health information portal for eight of its member hospitals.

Patients and their families seeking information on specific medical topics, conditions, or diagnoses can now visit the individual web sites for each of the hospitals, such as Hillcrest Hospital (www.hillcresthospital.org), a full-service, 424-bed hospital that serves the medical needs of Mayfield Heights and the surrounding communities, including Lake and Geauga counties. There, visitors can find guides to manage chronic conditions, learn about diseases, surgeries and procedures, and complete health risk assessments, with the information and tools linked directly to the various hospital department sites to quickly and easily connect patients to related services.
