College of Southern Maryland Wins Award from Massage Warehouse, MASSAGE MagazineGolden, CO. The College of Southern Maryland has won Massage Warehouse’s 2013 Ultimate New Graduate Award. The award was presented at the 17th annual Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) School Issues Forum.

The prize was accepted by instructor Mary Leisenring on behalf of the school. It will be awarded to the College of Southern Maryland’s top graduating student this year. That individual will be chosen based on three key criteria: top academic performance; engagement with his or her classmates, community and school; and a commitment to the highest ideals of the massage therapy profession.

The Ultimate New Graduate Award includes the Ultimate Business Starter package, which has a retail value of $700 and includes a massage table, massage chair, cart, sheet set, table warmer, fleece pad and face cover set, massage lotion, messenger bag and other products to give the best start to a career in massage therapy. ABMP and Massage Warehouse congratulate the College of Southern Maryland and the lucky student who gains a great start to a long and successful career in the profession.
