Come slow down, relax and take stock of where you are in your life under the big beautiful skies of Sedona, Arizona. Utilizing the Native American Medicine Wheel, which honors the balance and inclusion of all of nature, we will be accessing our right and left brain—the sacred and the linear. Come discover what it takes to release unwanted baggage, uncover your deepest inspirations, set a powerful intention for the future and manifest it in your life.

*Learn how to call in the elements of nature and pray in the Native American tradition of the Medicine Wheel, honoring all of creation and celebrating life and its fullness. The Native American Medicine Wheel honors the balance and inclusion of all of nature. In opening at this level we can tap into what we need to heal, and more easily create what we want in our world. By working with our right and left brains, the sacred and the linear, we will be opening to what it takes to create effective, powerful change in your life and to sustain it. This time of release and renewal is also an excellent opportunity to celebrate life and its fullness, which we will do!

Successful completion of Grounding & Healthy Boundaries (HFFBP) or Developing and Deepening CranioSacral Presence (DDCSP – Upledger Institute) and an individual session with workshop instructor, Suzanne Scurlock-Durana, prior to the workshop. The fee for this session is subject to change, and payable directly to Suzanne’s office.
Hours: 8:30AM registration the first day
Typical course hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM, however on the first day of class we will set the specific hours of the workshop to allow time for hiking and sight-seeing around Sedona, dependent on the weather. This may mean some workshop hours will be held in the evening. The course hours are flexible enough that you can bring your loved ones with you and be able to enjoy the adventures of Sedona together, but participants need to attend all course hours to earn their CE hours.
