Students will learn the basic balancing process of how to test and balance 28 of the body’s basic muscles and their corresponding 14 acupuncture meridians. Students learn a wide variety of techniques to strengthen under-facilitated muscles which is often the key to releasing muscle tension in the compensating tight muscles and provide more long term improvement in postural balance. This holistic approach includes physical based techniques (spinal reflexes, neurolymphatic reflexes, neuromuscular reflexes, meridian tracing, origin-insertion) as well as techniques to address emotional stress and nutritional imbalance that can impact on muscle function. Level 2 presents the Five Elements Theory and balance process. The process is a brilliant, step-by-step system that allows for an individualized approach. Integrating intention into the process enables one to tailor the process to meet individual needs and provide longer lasting results.
