It took Sharon Ostalecki over 20 years to finally find relief from Fibromyalgia. In order to achieve this solace she had to step away from doctors and search for a method that worked for her. It ended up that eating right, exercising and stretching regularly, and taking a warm bath at night has relieved most of her symptoms. This solution was not easily found however. Sharon went from doctor to doctor for as long as she could remember before she took matters into her own hands.

Most who suffer from Fibromyalgia have to find cures of their own. Some patients have turned to activates such as water aerobics, chiropractic work, or massage in order to relieve the pain. Others are looking towards new medications such as Lyrica and Cymbalta or injections into the trigger points of the pain to ease their suffering. The most important thing patients say is to listen to your biofeedback and never give up. If a patient does their reading a tries a diverse range of treatments they will find one that works for them.

Sharon Ostalecki has founded the HOPE (Helping Our Pain and Exhaustion) support group for others like herself that suffer from Fibromyalgia. The group has experienced a surge in interest from those searching for a cure of their own. Sharon’s new book 100 Questions and Answers about Fibromyalgia will be released on May 1 in order to continue to try to help those affected by the condition she has fought for so long. He first book Fibromyalgia; the Complete Guide from Medical Experts and Patients was released in June of 2007.
