Parker University School of Massage Therapy recently earned accreditation from the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA), an accrediting agency that concentrates on massage therapy and bodywork education, according to a university press release.

The university announced it is the first educational institution in Texas to earn this elite accreditation and is one of approximately 100 COMTA accredited programs in the world.

“Earning COMTA accreditation is a true testament of the education our massage therapy students receive,” said Dr. Fabrizio Mancini, president of Parker University. “They graduate fully prepared to contribute to the health of their clients.”
