Adam Whitehead, MASSAGE MagazineAdam Whitehead is a student at Cumberland Institute for Holistic Therapies in Nashville, Tennessee. At 30 years old, Whitehead is caretaker for his 90-year old grandfather. In 2010, he made a choice to follow his heart, get out of his head and let his instinctive touch guide him on his journey through life. He ventured through many paths of education and business opportunities that did not seem to fulfill him. Halfway through his current program of study, he says he is learning and growing in ways he did not expect and is blessed for the experience.
