Atlanta School of Massage has become the first massage school to join the Green Spa Network.
The network promotes the natural connection between personal wellbeing, economic sustainability and the health of Earth. It is a community of professionals that shares intelligent practices, solutions, products and services to effect prosperity for people and the planet.
“As a leader in education of massage therapy and skin care, Atlanta School of Massage has an important role in guiding future spa professionals, and sustainability is a key factor going forward,” said Leticia Allen, the school’s president.
In addition to recycling, energy and water conservation, Atlanta School of Massage has enhanced sustainability at its campus by purchasing non-toxic paint, carpet made of recycled materials and furnishings made from sustainable resources.
