Franklin, Regional Manager, Compliance Services based in Indiana and Matthew Stefanowicz, Regional Manager, Compliance Services based in North Carolina.

Mr. Franklin possesses over twenty-three years of technical expertise in development and execution of Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q), preventive maintenance and project information management programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Franklin has focused on increasing the effectiveness and improving cost and schedule performance of asset delivery and life cycle operations and maintenance programs. Mr. FranklinÂ™s experience includes engineering and C&Q positions of increasing responsibility with Eli Lilly and Company. Previously he was employed with Performance Solutions, LLC, providing senior level validation experience for pharmaceutical services. He was also employed by Rockwell International where he provided maintenance and logistics operations for NASA and United States Air Force aerospace programs. Mr. Franklin is a veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of Lewis University with a BachelorÂ™s degree in Aviation Maintenance Management followed by a Master of Business Administration from National University.
Mr. Stefanowicz brings fifteen years of professional experience specializing in developing, executing and managing engineering and C&Q projects in accordance to good engineering practice and project life cycle. Bringing a unique blend of both client side and consulting expertise, Mr. Stefanowicz offers extensive pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience with companies such as Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, Bayer Biologics and Wyeth. On the consulting side, he possesses project management and C&Q expertise with SOP Validation, Inc., Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Inc. and JM Hyde Consulting. He has completed project work for Clean-in-Place, Steam-in-Place, bioreactors, autoclaves, incubators, isolators, major utility systems packaging systems and cleaning validation. Mr. Stefanowicz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
