Keep Current With Your Résumé, MASSAGE MagazineThe résumé is an important tool for you to use in the beginning and into the intermediate stages of your massage career, until you’ve acquired enough material and experience to create your press kit.

The objective of a résumé is to attain employment at a specific facility. Therefore, my recommendation is that you tailor your résumé separately for each prospective employer, inserting the name of the company and what you intend to do specifically for them. You should also get the name of the person you have to deal with at each place … and address a personal, one-of-a-kind cover letter to that person, submitting it with your résumé.
