AUSTIN, Texas, March 23, 2011 – LaVida Massage, a Commerce, Michigan-based massage and wellness center, celebrated the opening its first Texas location in Austin on Feb. 28, 2011.

Located at 7010 W. Highway 71, Suite 160, in the center of the Hills shopping center, the spacious 2,600-square-foot facility features nine massage rooms and provides a variety of massage therapy options, such as Swedish, couples, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, chair and corporate massages.

The center is owned and operated by franchisee Scott Bennett.

The location will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, and will offer convenient online scheduling 24 hours a day.
