Live Healthy Expo Comes to Santa Clara April 17 – 19

The Body-Mind-Spirit Conference, the leading educational event for teachers of Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Mind-Body movement since 2001, today announced the addition of a new event”The Live Healthy Expo”a health and wellness event for the entire family that will offer hundreds of interactive exhibits and lectures to help attendees achieve a more healthy, balanced lifestyle.

The Live Healthy Expo provides the community with the opportunity to learn first hand about effective, alternative approaches to health and wellness. The three day expo will offer the latest in nutritional guidance, interactive fitness demonstrations, how to save energy and go green, healthy cooking demonstrations as well as free massages and product samples across featured pavilions that include:

The Live Healthy Expo will also feature numerous presentations from industry experts to educate attendees about the lifelong benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
