DALLAS, TEXAS 4/10/2009 03:01 PM GMT (TransWorldNews) A team of therapists from Massage Envy will offer free chair massages at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure – Fort Worth on Saturday, April 11.

Sundance Square in Fort Worth is the site of the annual 5K run and fitness walk.

“We’ll have 10 therapist chairs on the Survivor Patio and 12 therapist chairs in the walker area, near the kid zone,” said Lance O’Pry, Dallas/Fort Worth regional developer for Massage Envy clinics, the leading provider of massage therapy in the U.S.

In all, 25 therapists will rotate among 22 chairs, giving five-minute massages. The race is expected to draw some 18,000 participants. “We expect to stay very busy providing massages,” Mr. O’Pry said.

Memberships are available for $49 per month and include one, 1-hour massage session. Members may also enjoy unlimited additional 1-hour massage sessions at the $39 member rate.
