BIOTONE debuted its Spa Retail Products Page on Facebook, a social networking site, the company announced Jan. 13.

People who use social networking sites do so to connect and communicate with people who have similar interests. BIOTONE’s new page targets both spa professionals and consumers with information about the company’s lines of bath and body products as well as skincare tips and trends.

“Our Facebook presence enables us to create a real community around our retail spa brand,” said Jean Shea, BIOTONE founder and CEO, in a press release. “We have a lot of communication with our customers, but with Facebook we can speed up the interaction.”
