In what may be a growing trend, another massage school has partnered with a national massage franchise in a job-placement program for graduates.

Everest has more than 100 schools in the U.S. and Canada, and is owned by Corinthian Colleges Inc., one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America. Everest’s graduates will be given job-interview opportunities by Elements Therapeutic Massage Inc., a massage therapy franchise with more than 80 locations nationwide, according to a Corinthian press release.

On Nov. 6, MASSAGE Magazine reported that National Massage Therapy Institute had partnered with Massage Envy, the nation’s largest massage franchise company, with 700 locations, in a Washington DC-area pilot program wherein the institute’s graduates are granted interviews at Massage Envy.
