The Massage Therapy Foundation called for abstracts this week, for its 2013 International Massage Therapy Research Conference.

“The 2013 Conference aims to present research findings that help explain how massage therapy works through physiological, psychological and neurological mechanisms; emphasize the potential for community outreach programs to provide research data through evaluation and discuss program implementation strategies; and explore the current status of massage research in preparation for updating and advancing the Massage Therapy Research agenda,” read a foundation press release.
