Evanston, IL – April 7, 2009 – The Massage Therapy Foundation will hold its 12th annual poster session at the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) National Convention in Orlando, FL from September 23-26, 2009.  At this time, they are issuing a call for posters related to recent massage and bodywork research.

The poster sessions are an integral component of the Foundation’s presence at the AMTA National Convention. They bring research to the exhibit hall floor in a professional and educational manner. The goals of the Massage Therapy Foundation Poster Session are to: report results of completed research studies and descriptions of ongoing projects; educate convention attendees about the research process and the diversity of massage therapy research; provide an opportunity for informal discussion between researchers and attendees and; continue to make massage therapy research a priority.
