Sports massage therapist Katie Bradley was profiled in the Montrose Daily Press newspaper recently. The article noted that she was opening a new massage practice.

In the article, “Skiing, cycling and massage,” Bradley is quoted as saying, ”As an avid cyclist and runner myself, I have taken interest in working on athletes for pre- and post-event massages … The pre massage helps an athlete get their muscles warmed up, and a post massage helps the muscles recover after a strenuous workout.'”

“Bradley says you don’t have to be an elite athlete to see the benefits of massage therapy,” the article noted. “Weekend skiers, recreational enthusiasts and anyone else with pain or tension can benefit from massage therapy.”
