About the Author
Born and raised in China, Nancy Tan is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice, a certified Yoga instructor and an Ayurveda educator. She founded Fig Garden Yoga Studio in Fresno, Calif., where she is the director of the Teacher Training & In-Depth Studies program. She is a member of the International Yoga Therapists Association. She is also a well-known workshop leader, speaking on and providing instruction in a variety of wellness topics throughout California.
