Sherry Nagle said she’s old enough to know better than to get stressed out over the holiday season. But the Hollidaysburg woman also has a way of dealing with the tension that sits in her neck and shoulders–massage therapy.

Nagle said she has been seeing Cora Edwards, a nationally certified massage therapist, for four months for tension in her upper body.

Nagle said she feels “very loose” and “really relaxed” after a massage. “The pressure’s gone, and any tension is gone.”
