I always like to do some yoga stretches between sessions. I like to do a few sets of pranayama breathing and then the half moon series in Bikram Yoga. Stretching out the spine in different directions brings more energy to my body, and it opens my shoulders for the next session. I feel more relaxed, and then I grab a fruit bar to recharge. This helps when I have a busy week and only get to take a yoga class once or twice in the week.
