Getting regular massage is first on my list. When I’ve had a particularly hard day, I come home and massage my hands in Epsom salts (dry). I put the salts in a plastic bag, place one hand in the bag, and then massage it with the other. Then I use soma. And, before I go to bed, I put on my magnetic wrist bands. I see an acupuncturist regularly and I visit a chiropractor as needed. Also, exercise and eating healthy are very important to me.
