I’ve implemented a Frequent Client Appreciation policy. Once a client has received 10 services, on their eleventh visit, they’re offered one of three complementary upgrades: aromatherapy, a hand or foot treatment or a lava shell add-on. This program has multiple benefits. It provides an invaluable and important “thank you” to dedicated clients, educates them on service options they haven’t tried before and simply reminds them how much they enjoy these beneficial add-ons. These clients are then likely to reschedule upgrades for future appointments.
