I don’t live in the U.S., I live in the Caribbean on the small island of Nevis. I try to go to at least one morning class per week of Yoga/Pilates. It helps me to destress, and I feel more centered and that I have done something for me. I am fortunate because the classes overlook the Caribbean Ocean and we usually have a gentle breeze to keep us cool. I also do some cardio 1- to 3-times per week by walking around my neighbourhood, which has some pretty steep hills.
