Much of our healing energy comes from our connection to nature. It’s a good idea to physically touch elements of nature (trees, rocks, dirt, sand, water) on a consistent basis to stay in contact with the foundation of our energy. When you make contact, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and concentrate on the replenishing of your reserves.
