Local spa owner, life coach now offering workshops for women to explore meaningful ways to learn about individual passions while gaining self-esteem and confidence
CANONSBURG, PA…Two local women have come together to offer a series of “Workshops for Wonderful Women” throughout 2009, to be held at Sarah Bella Day Spa in Canonsburg, PA.
Sarah Jenkins, owner of Sarah Bella Day Spa, and MaryAnn Fatheddin, certified life coach, possess a unique combination of experience, with diverse backgrounds in the wellness, self-care and personal development sectors. “Workshops for Wonderful Women” will build upon that knowledge, offering participants the chance to find their “true selves” through a series of specialized workshops.
“At Sarah Bella, our goal has always been to provide a nurturing, healing environment for a beautiful experience from the inside out,” said Jenkins. “’Workshops for Wonderful Women’ now allows us to focus on the mind and spirit, creating a supportive atmosphere for women to explore their individual passions while making positive connections with other women.”
“As we are so deeply aware, the news in the world today is so draining,” said Fatheddin. “Protecting our energy and revitalizing our hopefulness is our responsibility. Our aim is to provide an experience of learning, sharing and nurturing. Our community of women is strong and moving forward in the midst of uncertainty with power and anticipation.”
