BRECKSVILLE, Ohio, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ — On October 3rd, 2008, Stautzenberger College will hold a grand opening ceremony at its new 24,700-square-foot facility in Brecksville, Ohio. The new facility, located on Katherine Boulevard in Brecksville Woods Corporate Park, will allow the growing college to house its range of educational offerings under one roof.

College administrators believe that the new, central location in Southern Cuyahoga County will better accommodate its many commuter students. “Our students come to our campus from across Northeast Ohio,” said Donna Palmer, Esq., Vice President and Director of Stautzenberger College. “Our goal is to minimize the commute so students may more easily reach our campus.”

The college has expanded to accommodate its growing Paralegal Studies, Court Reporting, Broadcast Captioning and Veterinary Technology programs. “With consistent increases in registration for these programs, we were starting to outgrow our Strongsville location. We knew we needed a larger space to better suit our students’ needs,” continued Palmer.

Since opening in 2005, student registration at the college has increased by roughly 100 students each year. For fall semester 2008, the college expects 400 – 415 students in all programs.

For future expansion, the school has obtained rights for an adjoining parcel on Katherine Boulevard. “We hope to see programs grow to the point that we will require the adjoining lot within five years,” said Palmer. “Ideally, I’d like to see the school increase its offerings by two new programs a year.”

New for fall 2008, Stautzenberger College will offer a Massage Therapy program. Future program additions may include a legal secretary program and several Internet technology offerings.

The new Brecksville location will include two computer labs, three veterinary technology labs, ten classrooms, four conference rooms, a library, massage therapy lab, student and faculty lounges, faculty offices, a bookstore and 16 administrative offices. Upon opening, the school will close its main campus in Strongsville and its Learning Center in Middleburg Heights.
