Programs Details
The Basic Program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in massage therapy. It consists of 500 clock hours of comprehensive training that covers the fundamentals of massage therapy, anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and ethics. Upon completion of this program, students are qualified to take the MBLEx exam, which is required to obtain a license to practice massage therapy in most states.
For those who want to take their training a step further, there’s the Basic Plus Program. This program is identical to the Basic Program but includes an additional 70 hours of Clinical Application Practice. During this training, students have the opportunity to work in a real-world setting and apply what they’ve learned in class to real clients. This hands-on experience is invaluable and can help prepare students for a successful career in massage therapy.
