The goal of this course is to provide an overview of mindfulness meditation, describe the health benefits of mindfulness meditation, discuss mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and examine the techniques and practices for mindfulness meditation.

  • Practice the raisin and chocolate mindfulness meditations.
