I use essential oils mostly for emotional support. If i feel somebody is needing gentleness in their life I might use lavender or Jasmine. If a client has neuropathy I might try a combination of Patchouly, Blue Tansy, Orange or Tangerine, and a little Ylang Ylang. Many clients feel instant relief from this. Though, in most cases my clients report that the relief lasts for 10-30 minutes. They love that they have something that helps. I use Peppermint for those that seem to need a mood boost or for those with headaches or sore muscles.
