Some of the best acupoints for treating lower backache are in the leg and ankle. These points are easy to access and can help relieve minor symptoms:
1). Find Bladder 40 on your right leg, located in the centre of the back of the knee. It may feel very tight. Use your thumbs to gently massage this point for one to two minutes.
2). Next, place your right foot on your left thigh and find Bladder 60, located between the Achilles tendon and the outer ankle bone. Massage for one to two minutes with your thumb. Repeat on the left leg.
