This online report, “How We Reopen Safely: Tracking states as they make progress towards a new normal,” is being updated in real time by a team of public health and crisis experts, with former experience working at the White House, Department of Health and Human Services, and on the Ebola epidemic in West Africa. “We built this site to track each state’s progress towards the critical interventions needed to stop the spread of COVID-19.”
The COVID Tracking Project features daily updates on texts, confirmed cases, patient outcomes and more, from every US state and territory. Its data is used by organizations including ProPublica, CNN and The New York Times.
