MASSAGE Magazine presents a new series of video interviews between Diane Matkowski of The Massage Mentor Institute and top massage continuing education (CE) instructors.

In each episode of Table Talk, updated monthly, you’ll get to know many of today’s most engaging educators through informal and fun conversations.

Through The Massage Mentor Institute, Diane offers workshops like the popular Jams (The Hip Jam, The Shoulder Jam, more jams to come), partnering with massage CE innovators. The Massage Mentor Institute is a space for practicing massage therapists to learn various approaches and philosophies on what works for bodywork.

In the latest episode of Table Talk, Diane Matkowski interviewed CE educator and owner of orthomassage.net, James Waslaski about massage – and the joys of teaching it worldwide.

In the previous episode of this series, Diane interviewed CE educator and owner of the Academy of Clinical Massage, Whitney Lowe, in a discussion about the importance of assessment, the role of critical thinking in massage, and his love of birds.

In the first video of this series, Diane interviews Erik Dalton, PhD, creator of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, a hands-on bodywork system designed to restore function, relieve pain, and rebalance and re-educate the body. Erik is a renowned CE educator, and he’s also a former member of the Flying Burrito Brothers band!
