The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) has announced its 2017 Job Task Analysis Survey is available to be taken by massage therapists.
The Job Task Survey
The job task analysis survey will be available through Sept. 4. It requires approximately 30 minutes to complete. Respondents have the option to save and complete in multiple sessions prior to submitting all responses. Only completed and submitted job task analysis surveys will be accepted.
“This research project is designed to elicit your input on the tasks performed by massage therapists and the knowledge required for massage therapists at different levels of experience,” states an NCBTMB press release. “Results of this survey will help to further define the relevant competencies for varying levels of experience.”
NCBTMB is an independent, private, nonprofit organization founded in 1992. It administers Board Certification, Specialty Certificates, an Approved Provider Program and an Assigned School Program
