Reflexology and Massage Around the World
8.19.2010
As a reflexology instructor of many years, I constantly witness the confusion that exists in people’s minds about reflexology. Blockage or congestion of the ET is a frequent cause of ear infections because harmful material can collect inside the middle ear.
Cold Stones Offer a Crossover Spa Treatment
7.7.2010
As stone therapy has evolved during the 17 years of my involvement, I have watched many modalities benefit by the introduction of stones. Hot and cold stones bring an added dimension to many modalities and techniques. Anything you can do with your hands can be done with stones—with, perhaps, one exception: lymphatic drainage. The weight of the stones seems to inhibit the light touch needed to perform this technique.
