"Jimmy Gialelis, LMT, BCTMB, is a board-certified massage therapist of 22 years as of 2022. Having trained at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah, he worked in the spa industry for seven years before embarking into the education sector and operating a private practice. Today, he operates Advanced Massage Arts & Education in Tempe, Arizona, offering massage therapy services, presenting continuing education courses and conducting reviews for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Board’s MBLEx. He is a featured author for MASSAGE Magazine, published nationwide. He is also a member of the Teacher Training Committee for the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education (AFMTE). His mission is to educate the general public on the virtues of massage therapy and how to aid massage therapists in elevating their skill set to work with chronic illness patients. Today, his primary clientele focuses with cancer patients, chronic illness patients and trauma patients. He recently debuted a virtual Trauma Healing Methods course and has plans to expand this course series with fellow mental health professionals. Recognizing and working with the relationships of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health has become the focus of his work."
